Werkmail 0.3

Werkmail can handle imap and pop3 mail servers. Werkmail supports cc and bcc fields, replying, forwarding, attachment sending and viewing and deleting mail.

· replaced siddies and tiddies workaround with php session management. this is a minor release, please continue to use v 0.2 for the next weeks - after a few test runs version 1.0 will be out soon. really.
