ToolBar - A toolbar control for REALbasic.

What's New in This Release:
· [New] Added the ModeChanged event. This event triggers when the display mode of the toolbar changed.
· [New] Added the Options property : Options.OffsetFromSides is the distance in pixel from the sides of the DWToolBar parent Window or Control Options.ItemsLeftMargin is the distance in pixel from the left border of every ToolbarItem Options.ItemsRightMargin is the distance in pixel from the right border of every ToolbarItem
· [Upd] Added the Tag variant property to ToolbarItem for storing user data.
· [New] Added the Resized(deltaY as Integer) event.
· [New] Added the MouseEnterItem, MouseExitItem, and MouseOverItem events.
· [New] Now DWToolBarButton can handle long captions displaying them in 2 lines of text.
· [New] Now items can be hidden/showed via the HideItem and ShowItem methods.
· [New] Customization Improved. Now user can add and unlimited number of spaces, separators to the toolbar and can also add/remove items.
