ManDrake is a free and easy to use WYSIWYG-style man page editor for Mac OS X. ManDrake is written for the Cocoa Application Programming Interfaces and the source code is made available.
ManDrake isn't a true WYSIWYG editor (unlike manEdit, an X11 tool), in the sense that you don't actually operate on man page text directly. ManDrake does not have any fancy features like syntax highlighting.
However, ManDrake does allow you to see the final rendered man page in real time while you edit the source text.
