iOS Ports is a free and open source collection of F/OSS libraries which have been ported to the iOS platform.

iOS Ports uses GNU Make to automate downloading and configuring the software packages, and Xcode to compile and link the libraries.

This combination allows iOS Ports to build open source software easily for either an iOS device or for the iOS simulator.

At the moment, the iOS Ports SDK contains the following packages:
· Cyrus SASL
· OpenLDAP
· OpenSSL
· PCRE

Detailed information on how you can use iOS Ports SDK with your own iOS projects is available HERE.
