The goal of the fb2pdf plug-in is to develop a command line utility and a web service that can help its users to convert electronic books.
fb2pdf was originally designed to convert books that are currently in the popular FB2 format to PDF documents.
PDF will be formatted for Sony Reader (Libre) and potentially for other devices.
Technically speaking, fb2pdf is a Spotlight plug-in that allows Spotlight to index files in the FB2 (FictionBook2) format. To be more exact the following infos are being indexed: book title, author and keywords.
To install, copy file fb2.mdimporter to /Library/Spotlight.
