Web Elements for Mac
Web Elements is a Mac OS X application for web designers that provides a comprehensive collection of modern webpage elements that you can use to improve the visual aspect of your site. The app comes with numerous templates (in various categories) which you can fill with your own text.
Like any template collection app, Web Elements is a breeze to use. When launching it for the first time, you will see a window divided into 3 panes containing the sections, templates and the template editor. Thus, to browse for templates, first select a section (category), pick a template and then edit the text.
The following type of webpage elements are available: badges, buttons, ribbons, leather ribbons, round buttons, tooltips, stickers, arrows and more. Moreover, you can enter your own text into an element, such as main text, price and secondary text. Thankfully, the font family and size can be selected.
Another advantage of using Web Elements is that the templates automatically resize based on the amount of text you have typed. After finishing editing a template, you have the option to save it into the PNG, JPEG or BMP image formats (with transparency) to your local disk.
To wrap it all up, Web Elements is a simple to use and extensive Mac OS X app that offers a wide set of page elements for building modern retail websites. There are a variety of templates to choose from and the text included in each can be replaced with your own.
