SBART is a very easy to use application intended to be a design support tool that allows you to create an interesting 2D CG image based on artificial selection, which was originally proposed as Artificial Evolution by Mr. Karl Sims.
You can breed abstract movies in realtime. You can also breed deforming and color filtering transitions between two images by using external media settings and animation settings.
Limitations in the unregistered version
- The following functionality is restricted:
- Saves the genotypes of in a field window into a file.
- Saves the image and the movie into a file.
- Prints the image in a zooming window.
- Customizes the caption on a zoomed image.
- Displays the image on full screen.
- Copies the compiled code into the pasteboard.
