    PHLAWD description

    A comprehensive package of binaries that allows you to create extremely large phylogenies by using NCBI databases

    PHLAWD (pronounced flawd) is the acronym for the program's longer name: PHyLogeny Assembly With Databases.

    PHLAWD is cross-platform and it includes binaries for Linux and Mac OS X.

    PHLAWD uses the advantages of multi threaded computing for producing matrices of more than 100,000 taxa.
