JBioWH (Java Biological Warehouse) is a free and open-source framework for managing and integrating biological data into an advanced computational system.
JBioWH is designed to integrate a Java API for quick development of bioinformatics application as well as important public biological data sources into a DBMS.
Being developed using Java, JBioWH is a cross-platform framework which can be used on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
