EO-SPS Notification Library is a free and open source utility that provides a JAVA API and library to help the implementation of the Earth Observation Profile of the OGC Sensor Planning Service (SPS).

This EO-SPS profile is defined by the European Space Agency (ESA) within the HMA project.

EO-SPS Notification Library gives you an easy-to-use set of classes for parsing and writing task messages, feasibility studies, and acquisition status for space-borne optical and radar earth observation instruments.

EO-SPS Notification Library is a cross-platform utility capable of running on any operating system that comes with Java support (e.g. Mac OS X, Windows, Linux).
