RegulatoR is a Dashboard widget that has been developed for helping clock-addicted people in clocks or watch adjusting.

Indeed it has been created for people who love their clock or watch. It does not get the hours, minutes and seconds from your system clock, it indeed takes them as a starting value and then adds number to number as gears add tooth to tooth to let you play with a regulator as you would do for a real mechanical clock.
