Piano Theory For Mac

Piano Theory is a great Dashboard widget designed to offer you the possibility to play a virtual piano by using your own QWERTY keyboard.

The widget is very useful if you want to learn or practice playing the piano because you can specify the chord, scale or the tonality you want to use.

The Piano Theory widget will install through its built in mechanism: simply double click the Piano Theory.wdgt file and press on the appropriate answer when prompted. The widget will be placed on your Dashboard and you just have to launch it.

You will be able to play the piano by pressing different keys on your keyboard but, via different drop down menus, you may also change the chord, tonality, mode and much more. From the Settings panel you can adjust the volume and the reverberation level.

Piano Theory is great if you are just starting studying music and you need to practice different exercises. The widget allows you to play your own music but also includes examples.

Piano Theory is a nice addition to your Dashboard: you will have the possibility to exercise your creativity without dealing with complex settings or applications.
