TGen News is a nice Dashboard widget that displays the breaking news headlines from the Translational Genomics Research Foundation (TGen).
TGen is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization focused on developing earlier diagnostics and smarter treatments.
Headlines are automatically downloaded and presented in searchable form when an Internet connection is available.
To install the TGen News widget, when the download is complete, unarchive it and place it in /Library/Widgets/ in your home folder. Show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget’s icon in the Widget Bar to open it.
