The EPG widget lets you select your favorite listings among the available channels on tv.swedb.se
Moreover, the EPG widget lets you combine the listings with some movie reviews from filmtipset.se.
Here are some key features of "EPG":
· Filmtipset.se members can automatically receive personalized movie reviews of the movies that are in the table. Enter member number (NOTE: NOT username!) On the back. Subject to miss-hits and that some channels are not yet handled by Filmtipset.
· New channels will automatically appear in the list of channels on the back.
· Overhead view of currently existing programs (now, next, later) for the channels selected in the channel list.
· Heldagsvy that shows all current programs for selected channel. (Currently only the day's program, see bug 20)
· Information about the selected program when you click on the program title.
· Support for up to 10 Channels. Channel lists can be linked to a geographic location. When changing the location (eg after a trip to the cottage), so shifts epgwidgeten automatic channel list. Automatic switching based on geographic location requires the user's permission. Standard is not permitted, change on the back. Manual rotation of the channel list is also possible, for those who prefer this.
· Scalable interface that can be made larger to increase legibility (if the list is still not fit on the screen after magnification).
· Automatic background downloads of listings. (Internet connection required for download.)
· View listings from the hard drive. (No constant internet connection is required, except during the downloading of listings.)
