Qooiet is a smooth-running and user-friendly Mac OS X application that provides a convenient and secure backup solution for Mac users that need to keep their sensitive data safe and away from prying eyes.

User-oriented and practical backup app for every day usage

Qooiet is light, unobtrusive and features an intuitive interface that enables you to quickly and effortlessly select the folders you want to backup in the cloud. Moreover, Qooiet is designed to quietly run in the background but, it can be instantly summoned via the status bar menu.

By accessing Qooiet’s status bar menu, you can easily view the last time a backup was performed, initiate a backup, access the Preferences window or the main window of the app. In addition, you can log out or quit Qooiet with just a click of a mouse button.

Provides control over each folder stored in the cloud

As mentioned above, Qooiet comes with a simple and clean interface that helps you view all the folders included in the backup. The top toolbar helps you synchronize your folders, add or remove a folder and restore or remove a backup from the cloud.

Moreover, you can view and access all the versions saved by Qooiet in the cloud for all your folders. Thanks to the context menu you can restore a folder, delete its backup or remove it from the cloud. Unfortunately, you cannot restore a single file from your folders, instead you have to restore the entire folder.

Schedule Qooiet to perform backups at the desired time interval

This could prove to be major inconvenience, especially if you want to restore only certain items without affecting the remaining files and documents. Since Qooiet is still in beta, we expect that this issue will be fixed in the future releases.

From the Preferences window, you can configure Qooiet to perform backups at regular time intervals and start at login. At the same time, you can choose to manually backup your data every time you want.
