iTaskX For Mac

iTaskX is a powerful and flexible macOS application specially made for users that need an intuitive and practical utility capable of handling simple as well as complex projects.

From iTaskX’s main window you can quickly and efficiently plan tasks, assign, evaluate and import resources, track costs, check calendars, split multiple tasks, personalize the appearance, customize its functions and generate an overview of your entire projects.

What is more, iTaskX seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Office and enables you to transfer information via various file formats such as XML, MPX, MPP, TXT, and CVS. You can save your custom view as a PDF, EPS, PNG, JPG or TIF file with just a few mouse clicks.

The top toolbar offers you the power to create new items, link or unlink them, split tasks into sub-tasks, change the view, filter the displayed tasks, add notes, assign tasks to different persons from your Contacts list, change the format of your text, chart or table.

The Project Guide slide menu helps you define your projects, set the general working times, display all tasks and organize them into multiple phases, schedule to-dos, add columns and additional information, attach documents and even constrain existing tasks.

On top of that, you can specify the involved people and resources, define your resources, assign people and equipment to different tasks and create custom columns with additional information.

With the help of iTaskX, you can also save your baseline plan, compare it with other project versions, track your project progress, make the necessary project changes and identify critical tasks.

On top of all of the above, the iTaskX app is also designed to enable you to effortlessly personalize the appearance and the content of the Gantt Chard or Tracking Gantt, change the font styles, compare progress with baseline work, monitor project costs and view how resource’s time is used and distributed across tasks.
