Designed to improve the overall team collaboration within a company, Twoodo is a straightforward communication tool that makes it easy for you to send and receive messages, emails, notes, and to-dos to your team.

Because Twoodo aims to bring all important elements for team collaboration together, the application was built around a very simple and efficient way to organize the content, just like you would find on Twitter.

What this means is that with the help of simple symbols like hashtags (“#”) and at-signs (“@“), you can categorize your messages and discussion, so that they can be easily tracked in later searches.

Besides its basic team messaging capabilities, Twoodo also offers you the possibility to send private message and to better organize your tasks, as well as features like a file manager, actionable tagging, email integration, and most importantly, a shared calendar.

In order to take advantage of what Twoodo collaboration tool has to offer, you must first log in using your credentials from either a Twoodo authentic account, or a valid Google account.

The application features a well-organized, almost identical with its web-based Dashboard, interface with a “Search for anything…” field in the top left corner, a panel with direct access to the Tasks, Calendar, Files and Teams menus, and a writing and preview panel on the right side.

While the application looks nice and runs fairly smooth, in its current development stage at least, we have observed that it uses about 20% of your Mac's CPU resources on fairly normal tasks, which might come off as feeling like a lot when you take into consideration that you will most definitely have other apps running also.

In a nutshell, with the Twoodo application you get an all-in-one environment for team discussions, with a self-organized messaging process, similar to what you can find on Twitter, and, thanks to its overall simplicity and lack of bells and whistles, at the end of the day, you also get an increased productivity.
