Totwise is an easy to use, full-featured management and billing program specially designed for programs such as preschools, day care centers, sports leagues, scouting programs, and other youth oriented programs.

Totwise is also fully networkable among up to 250 users and runs on Windows 98 through XP and Macintosh computers, even in a mixed environment.

Here are some key features of "TotWise":

· Billing. Easily create programs that are billed monthly, daily, hourly, free, you name it. Siblings share a single billing record, so parents receive only one invoice for multiple children.
· Enrollment. It's a snap to add students to programs, remove them, or place them on waiting lists for programs that are full. Dates in and dates out automatically flow through to billing: no more need to manaully calculate prorating.
· Operations Module. One simple place to go to manage all the basics of daily operation: door control, incidental charges, permission forms, and more.
· Student Information. Keep track of everything about each student in your program, including emergency contacts, authorized guardians for pickup, current and historical billing and enrollments, permission forms, and siblings.
· Staff Information. Manage all of your staff's certifications, emergency contact information, room assignments, and Totwise access privileges.
