Pagico is a Mac app designed to help you track and organize multiple projects, manage contacts, and create common workspaces that can be accessed by your entire team.

Since Pagico comes with an installer package, the whole procedure is reduced to following the on screen instructions: the process creates a Pagico folder in your Applications directory, which contains the application and the Pagico Helper utility (resides in your status bar and enables you to quickly add new tasks, notes, or files in a more streamlined manner).

For your convenience, Pagico comes with a Daily Planning view where you get to quickly browse all the task that you must perform in a given day: this way you can be sure that you will tend to all your assignments, regardless of the source project.

Pagico works with databases, which means that to get started, you must either create a new database, or open an existing file. As a result, if you choose to store your database in a cloud service, such as Dropbox, you will be able to access your information on all devices that have Pagico installed.

The Pagico developers provide the Pagico Plus application (also a commercial product), which uses a Pagico ID account to sync the data to connected iOS (iPhones or iPads) or Android devices.
