OpenEye Remote is a powerful and versatile utility that allows you to remotely take control over your OpenEye E-Series, N-Series, H-Series and X-series recorder and view the video feed transmitted by the device. OpenEye Remote comes with support for Professional Grade recorders with the firmware version 4.50.0903 and up, Commercial Grade recorders along with OE3-E480 (firmware 1.0.0.16+), OE3-E120 and OE3-E240 (with the firmware version 1.0.1.62 and later).

From OpenEye Remote’s main window you can quickly and easily connect to a DVR, view the live video stream, change the display layout, control the cameras and take snapshots. It is important to mention that you can connect to one recorder at a time and view video feed from one recorder at a time.

OpenEye Remote’s intuitive interface enables you to view the current date and time and choose between seven different display layouts. What is more, you can even enable the fullscreen mode and take advantage of your Mac’s entire screen.

The search feature helps you find a certain camera, check its status, take a snapshot and view all recorded videos by the selected camera. You can even control the playback and change its playing speed. By accessing the Connection Manager, you can add multiple sites to your list. To add a site you have to provide a name, the type of used DVR, address, port, user ID and password.
