LogicalDOC's intuitive web interface is designed to increase collaboration and improve your company’s productivity by offering seamless Microsoft Office and Outlook integration and automatic import capabilities from user-definable folders.

By using LogicalDOC, you can store, handle and share any type of files, search through most popular document formats and find the information you need with just a couple of keystrokes. You can speed up and filter the search results by providing various parameters or keywords.

The Dashboard tab helps you create new messages, check unread messages, verify the last posts, modified and downloaded documents and check the Tag Cloud. The top panel helps you perform searches through all documents or only the ones available in English.

From LogicalDOC’s Administration tab, you can enable or disable Index Optimization, Documents indexing, TagCloud computation and LDAP Synchronization. You can also check their execution percentage and open the recorded log.

By accessing the Documents tab, you can write, lock, add, remove, upload or delete a file or folder with a few clicks of a mouse button and, on top of that, you can start discussion groups, post comments and decide who has access to the uploaded files.

As an added bonus, the Versioning system implemented by LogicalDOC allows you to store version comments on check-in, view all existing versions for a given file and access all prior versions of the document.
