Legal Suite is a comprehensive application that provides a wide range of case management tools and features that lawyers can use to handle numerous cases and clients.

Legal Suite comes with a complex interface from which you can access various time management, billing and accounting tools. From the main toolbar you can easily access your case list, case map and case photos. What is more, you can launch your scheduler, view the time line along with your to-do list, messages, contacts, records, staff, court dates and finance assessments.

By using Legal Suite, you can also coordinate a large number of clients, cases and documents, view detailed information on each case, generate various graphs and charts or pies and print reports. You can also keep track of the time spent working for certain clients or cases and calculate billable hours.

All tasks, cases, contacts, events and documents can be color coded, a feature that can reduce the entry errors and lower the malpractice risks. On top of that, you can view the latest changes, case facts and all the parties involved in the case along with comments much easier and faster.

The built-in e-mail system helps you stay in touch with your clients and associates. The Reports menu helps you generate well documented reports on different cases and clients, print client or summary report, view billing statements, analyze the staff list, view the court dates and messages list, print monthly or weekly schedules.

The long list of tools and features seems to come at a price. The interface is crowded with buttons and animated logos that make the app unresponsive and slow. On top of that, the price seems to be too high for an application that has a steep learning curve and performance issues.
