KeepSolid Sign For Mac

KeepSolid Sign is an easy to use and full-featured cross-platform utility designed from the ground up to help you effortlessly sign your PDF documents using an eSignature (short for electronic signature).

Moreover, KeepSolid Sign comes with an almost full set of features as it also enables you to collaborate with your colleagues on signing large contracts and rapidly send the signed documents to your contacts with a click of a button.

KeepSolid Sign comes with support for eSignatures, which, as the development team says on the app's support page, should be legally binding in almost all situations jsut as digital signatures and certificates, depending on your state's current regulations.

KeepSolid Sign has built-in AES-256 encryption which makes it simple to keep your data protected on all platforms you use it to sign your documents (i.e., macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android) with access being granted only to you and the contacts you've added as signers.

KeepSolid Sign's main user interface allows you to add the documents you need to sign via drag and drop or using the top right cornet "add document" button.

To start signing a document, you have to double-click it and activate the Annotate tab by clicking the button at the top right side of the signing window.

In the Annotate panel which will open you can choose to add a signature, initials, a date, checkmarks and custom text, using your identity as the signer, any other contact in your Contacts, as well as an e-mail of your choice.

Once signed, you can use KeepSolid Sign to export your documents to your Mac's hard drive and data sync services such as iCloud, Dropbox, and Google Drive, or send them to an e-mail address if needed.

If you use KeepSolid Sign on multiple devices and platform, the app also comes with support for automatic syncing to cloud services, with Dropbox, iCloud, and Google Drive being the ones currently supported.
