To make sure or the information is protected, InPawner has a master password and you must create user accounts for all your employees: to be able to access the database an account name and the associated password are required.
Intuitive workflow and organized user interface
The InPawner main window is organized in two main areas: the tags list is displayed on the left, while on the right side you can view the customers list. If you double click on a name, you can view the items pawned or cosigned in by that customer. The same area allows you to add new entries.
Keep records of your entire pawn shop activity
In addition, via the top InPawner toolbar, you can quickly switch between different tabs: In Items, Out Items, Customers, Stock, and Staff. Last but not least, the settings panel enables you to modify the default color palette (InPawner assigns color to entries, depending their type).
InPawner is able to make the difference between items that have been pawned or consigned in, includes description templates for jewelry items, can store details about the brand name and model, the price paid, and also your own annotations.
