In-Mobility for Mac
In-Mobility is a cloud based customer relationship manager that promises to help you improve your productivity and efficiently keep track of your sales, send invoices, handle contacts, clients and meetings.
Your In-Mobility account is automatically backed up every hour and you can synchronize your data between your Mac, iOS and Android device. Also, your transfers are encrypted by SSL, fact that ensures the security of your traffic.
From In-Mobility’s main window you can easily create an invoice, an order on the go and personalize your documents using your information and logotype. Thanks to the Dashboard tab you can keep track of unpaid invoices, current incidents, opportunities and tasks as well as of the phone calls you need to make and meetings you need to attend.
Built-in agenda and contacts list
All your sales are displayed according to their category and you can also check your sales performance for different periods of time and view your top customers. At the same time the Agenda tab helps you view your upcoming meetings, events and tasks in a monthly, weekly or daily view.
The Contacts tab helps you manage and edit your accounts, contacts and leads. You can monitor and keep track of all your activities, view their completion level and due date. Hence, you can view scheduled phone calls, appointments, opportunities and even incidents.
Create personalized quotes and orders for each of your accounts and turn them into invoices with just a few mouse clicks. Another useful feature is the Credit Memo function that helps you create notes to customers for return of goods, rebate, remission or drawback.
Although In-Mobility allows you handle multiple contacts, it does not allow you to import your address book from Apple’s Contacts application. On top of that, In-Mobility proved to bee unresponsive at times and counter-intuitive when it comes to saving new entries.
