Creating professional looking business documents can take a lot of time without an efficient invoicing software. EasyBilling comes with a collection of predefined templates that only require the user to input the customer and product information.

To help you get started, EasyBilling comes with a minimalist guide that takes you through all the essential functions, going from creating new documents to personalizing their content. Note that every EasyBilling document can be exported as a PDF, Excel, or HTML file.

EasyBilling comes with a built-in collection of document templates designed to cover most business needs. As a result, you get to create quotations, proforma invoices, invoices, tax invoices, receipts, purchase orders, delivery notes, packing slips, ordering records, packing lists, and credit or debit notes.

Note that you cannot use EasyBilling to create other types of documents: you can only edit and personalize the existing models. However, you can use EasyBilling to keep track of customers, suppliers, or items, or to generate invoicing reports.

EasyBilling associates a customization panel to each new document, so you can easily modify various details, such as the currency, the shipping or payment term, the customer information, the charged items or services, and so on.

You get to attach photos or PDF documents or add notes intended only for internal use: the info will not be included in the output record. For privacy purposes, EasyBilling also allows you to protect the document with a password.

Each record can be previewed within the EasyBilling app before exporting, and you get to add custom company logos or messages, change the numbering pattern, the document’s label or columns, the paper size, and so on.

Bottom line, EasyBilling offers you the possibility to preserve the same style and formatting on all your business documents without dealing with any formatting procedures.

EasyBilling sports customizable templates, so all you have to do is decide which type of information you want to include in the document, and then input the variable parameters.
