Cube Pro is a time tracking application that can automatically determine how much money you are earning, but can also record your expenses in order to help you calculate your actual profit.

The Cube Pro application is organized around 3 main elements: the calendar helps you view your activity for each day, the project manager panel allows you to keep track of tasks, clients, or projects, while the main area is reserved for viewing timers, expenses, events, and so on.

Noteworthy is that Cube Pro comes with iOS and Android companion apps, and the data is automatically synchronized between devices. In fact, you can access the info attached to your account via the Cube Pro web interface, regardless of the device you are using (all you need is a web browser).

To help you optimize your workflow, Cube Pro enables you to quickly see how much time you have spent on a specific project, what tasks have you completed, how long it took you, what were your expenses, how much you have billed your client, and how much money you have actually earned.

Cube Pro can automatically generate charts depicting how much time you have spent on each project on a daily basis, the attention received by each client, or the number of  completed tasks. It can also create a comparison chart with the billable and non-billable hours. This way, you can make more informed decisions when accepting new projects.

Cube Pro is a great tool to have around if you need accurate statistics on how you spend your day. However, the app cannot be used to generate invoices, which means that most of this information is for your own benefit, even though you can export it to CSV or Excel spreadsheet files.

Note that Cube Pro can function as a standalone desktop application, but if you want to take advantage of the Cloud Sync and Cube Anywhere services, you need to register for monthly subscriptions.
