User friendly bill management system that includes cloud syncing capabilities
The good news is that Chronicle has a companion iOS application designed to connect with the desktop client in order to transfer the bill database and the setup reminders. You can choose to sync your Chronicle information to iCloud (only if you are buying the Chronicle app via the App Store) or to your Dropbox account.
As a result, you will receive payment reminders, log payments, and access your statistics even if you are on the go. Note that Chronicle for iOS is a commercial product that needs to be purchased separately from the iTunes Store.
Effortlessly define new bills and setup reminders
Chronicle comes with a collection of bill categories, so each time you create a new entry you must choose a type, input a name, a due date, and specify the repeat interval. Optionally you can define the amount due, the payment method, a total balance, the payment URL, and add tags.
Moreover, you can create a reminder that will show up a number of days before the due date. By default, the reminder will be displayed 7 days before the payment is due, but you can make your own adjustments. In addition, via the Preferences, you can setup a time of day for the alert.
Uncomplicated software solution for monitoring upcoming bills and setting up payment reminders
Due to its clean and organized user interface, Chronicle is both efficient and easy to use: once you have created a new bill, the app automatically adds it to your reminders calendar, creates alerts, generates statistics, and so on.
All in all, if you are looking for a simple bill management solution, Chronicle certainly deserves your attention.
