CalenMob for Mac
CalenMob is a handy and versatile Mac OS X application that provides the required tools to handle your Google Calendar from within an intuitive interface.
Google Calendar organizer
CalenMob comes with a user-oriented interface that is heavily inspired by Apple’s Calendar app and which brings only a narrow set of features that the default app does not provide. Consequently, CalenMob’s main window is clean and intuitive, and provides you quick and easy access to all the tools and features you need.
Similar to Calendar, CalenMob enables you to work without an Internet connection and all your changes and modification will be automatically synchronized back to you Google account the first time you have an active connection.
Six different calendar views
Unlike Apple’s Calendar, CalenMob offers six standard calendar views as follows: day, week, month, year, 4 days and Agenda. The top toolbar helps to quickly switch between views in order to discover events or free time in your calendar.
When your are connected to the Internet, CalenMob will constantly synchronize your changes with your Google Calendar every time you open the app or after modifying or adding an event. Just like Google Calendar and Apple’s Calendar app, CalenMob allows you to setup reminders for specific events and display notification via push notifications, SMS or email. It is worth mentioning that all stored events in the calendars imported from Apple’s Calendar app are also synchronized back with Calendar.
With CalenMob’s help you can invite people to certain events and check their RSVP status. Additionally, you can respond to received invitations and let your host know if you’ll attend their event.
Unfortunately, the first time we tried to synchronize CalenMob with our Google account, the app froze and crashed. However, after restarting it, all our events were present in the app.
