Each item can have its own theme and can be reposition in order to define the order in which they will appear in the final agenda.

Thanks to Agenda2’s theme collection you can color code your final agenda in order to make it easier for readers to find certain topics. What is more, you can personalize all themes and give them a different color or name.

Agenda2’s users also have the option to constrain certain items to start or end at a particular time. All surrounding items will automatically respect your constrain. The final form of the rendered agenda can be viewed and checked in real-time as you build your meeting’s agenda.
