FTP Transfer is a free Automator action that will allow you to copy some files from/to a FTP server. You can transfer just 1 file, or lots of files from a folder to/from a FTP server.

Installation: Download the Automator action. You can either select "Import Action..." from the "File" Menu in Automator and choose the action file or manually move the action file to the Home > Library > Automator folder.
