Create Disk Image From Files is a free Automator action that will allow you to easily create a disk image filled with the files and folders from the previous action. Create Disk Image From Files's options include compression and encryption.

Installation: Download the Automator action. You can either select "Import Action..." from the "File" Menu in Automator and choose the action file or manually move the action file to the Automator folder in your Library folder.
