beaTunes is a handy and powerful Mac OS X application that provides the necessary tools to analyze and fix your iTunes music library.

beaTunes is capable to automatically determine the BPM and key of your tracks, look up and download metadata based on acoustic fingerprints, grab lyrics and categorize songs according to different criteria.
Thanks to beaTunes, you can fix your music collection by finding typos and wrong genre associations, as well as other common mistakes. Moreover, you can use beaTunes to detect and remove duplicates, track down orphaned library entries and assign a mood to various tracks.
Create Matchlists and enjoy mood-based playlists
From beaTunes main window, you can analyze and inspect your music collection, create Matchlists and analyze the detected problems. At the end of the analysis and inspection process, you can view the detected issues grouped into multiple categories based on the encountered problem.
The Inspection tab from the left side panel helps you check the issues related to consistency, sorting, spelling and title. Hence, you can manually view each issue and use one of the provided solution to fix your library.
By accessing the File menu, you can create a new playlist, matchlist or playlist based on your selection, import files, export songs and synchronize your changes. At the same time, the Tools menu, you can analyze all your songs, inspect a single item, submit fingerprints to server and your library to server.
Manually set the track mood and fetch lyrics from the web
You can view detailed information about any given track via the Get Info window and play the song, edit its metadata, change its genre, language, key, tag color, track number, release data, BPM value and more.
On top of that, you can fetch lyrics from the web, add or remove tags, manually insert the BPM via the Tap Pad and select the mood of the song with ease.
