Speaktone is a straightforward and stark OS X application that will allow its users to quickly create ringtones using your Mac's system TTS synthesizer.
One can easily add more voices through the System Preferences / Speech menu. Apple has provided a wide selection of different languages and dialects.
NOTE: To buy Speaktone via the App Store an Apple account is required.
