Quick Ringtone Maker Pro (formerly known as Quick Ringtone) is a minimalist audio editor that offers you the possibility to quickly create custom ringtones without having to deal with complicated audio editing tools.

The Quick Ringtone Maker Pro app features an intuitive user interface and also integrates recording and preview capabilities.

However, the editor packs only essential trimming and joining capabilities: you cannot add fade in or out effects, or further process the sound beyond volume adjustments.
