Pandora Radio is great, but the desktop app is a bit clunky.

Pandoras Box is a Mac OS X utility which puts Pandora right in the menu bar and out of your way.

Pandoras Box lets you control Pandora, scrobble to Last.fm, use your keyboard's media keys, match songs in your iTunes library, view station skip counts, and more.
