The PROSONIQ Roomulator is a stand-alone version that does not need a host application to run, which means, it will spear a lot of time and energy that you would otherwise have spent while configuring different sorts of audio hosts.

The retail version of Roomulator will, of course, come as a plug in that operates just as any plug in you are already using. The demo application works with both AIFF and SounddesignerII sound files, both in mono and stereo.

The installer should have placed the 'PROSONIQ Roomulator' Demo Application on your hard disk. To use Roomulator with your sound files, drag them on the Roomulator icon and they will automatically open and start with the playback.

You can also open a new audio file with the 'Open...' command from the File menu. You can then use Roomulator to manipulate them as you would in your host application, however, you will not be allowed to save or make your changes permanent. The playback will loop depending on how much memory you have allotted to the application in the 'Get Info' window in the Finder.
