OneRadio For Mac

OneRadio provides quick access to an extensive collection of radio channels that play music selected by DJs all over the world. The app allows you to listen to any of the included stations, enables you to create a favorites list, and you can even ask the developers to add new radios to the collection.

Within the OneRadio main window, you can search for a specific radio station, or you can use the sandwich button to see the complete list of available streams. To help you get started, the app includes a couple of entries in the favorites list, but you can easily remove them and add your own.

OneRadio allows you to start or pause the playback and integrates a Share button that can be used to share the stream’s URL on social media or by using the Mail or Messages apps. You should also be able to record the streaming, but the app crashed when we tried to do do that during our test.

If you want to add a new station to the collection, you will be directed to the developer’s website in your default browser. To complete the process make sure to complete the respective form.

Probably the best part is that OneRadio does not interfere with your workspace in any way: the Dock and status bar icons can be disabled, and you get to access its interface by using a hotkey (you can change the default keyboard combination in the Preferences window).

OneRadio aims at providing a stylish environment where you can listen to music from all over the world and discover new artists. However, the app does not provide any customization options, you don’t see the artist and track name, you cannot control the playback with hotkeys, and the recording function does not work properly.
