MIO Console For Mac

Metric Halo’s MIO Console is a macOS application designed to provide an intuitive front end for all the hardware devices you use when audio mixing. MIO Console supplies interfaces for various gadgets, and you can extent its capabilities by adding various plug-ins.

MIO Console comes with a mixing engine that can be used to create your own mixers: you get to create new strips or busses, assign them various values, adjust the strips color and width, and much more. You can take advantage of the large mixers template collection: you can easily adjust predefined projects to match your own needs.

The MIO Console customization options are virtually endless: you get to set up multiple busses, includes support for arbitrary sends, allows you adjust mults, the plug-ins are capable to process the data with zero latency, and more. However, you must take into account the hardware limitations.

MIO Console is using the +DSP graph technology to help you access all your I/O resources and create interface connections between different input sources and output locations.

All you have to do is insert the plug-ins you want to use and then create the connections through drag and drop actions.  The best part is that the signals are automatically time aligned.

To meet your recording needs, MIO Console comes with an recording engine that is sporting multichannel, multi box support: it can capture up to 108 different channels. The engine is able to output the data using various file formats, and allows you to use different sample rates.
