Harmony Assistant is an user-friendly and powerful application that provides support for computer-assisted music-making. Harmony Assistant includes very efficient tools that will quickly make it an essential aid to your inspiration.

Harmony Assistant is working with basic concepts of music theory and offers support for full-page editing, chord grid calculation, includes an engraver mode, provides automatic generation of harmony accompaniments or rhythm patterns, redefined or user-defined music styles, integrated scripting language, and more.

The Harmony Assistant features, all objects, menu options and dialog boxes are self-documented. The help window will display a detailed explanation each time you point to any object with the cursor.

Here are some key features of "Harmony Assistant":

· A wide range of music symbols will enable to edit scores of great quality: notation capabilities are immense.
· Using the page mode, you will edit the score just as it will be printed on paper. The Engraver mode will make look it nice.
· Score input can be performed through the mouse, computer keyboard or an external MIDI keyboard.
· Harmony Assistant comes with its own embedded software synthesizer (SoftSynth), which provides high quality output on basic sound cards, even without any external MIDI device, and includes hundreds of different instruments.
· Harmony Assistant can load and save in many formats (MIDI, WAV, AIFF, MP3, OGG, TAB, ABC...).
· With MyrScript, the embedded programming language, you can add your own features to the program.

Requirements:

· 36 Mb disk space.

Limitations:

· Registration screens at startup.
· Save, print, export are not fully available.
