14 DAY TRIAL // Instagram Inc has just published Instagram 7.6.1, the newest version of their iOS client app in Apple's App Store. This is a compatibility release designed to add support for iOS 9.
As the changelog issued with this release says, Instagram 7.6.1 is the version you want to have on your iOS device if you want to use all the new features available in the last iOS 9 release.
Furthermore, the new version's release notes add that Apple's just launched iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are now also supported.
This means that if you've bought one of the new iPhone models, you will be able to use the 3D Touch actions available in iOS 9 while "instagraming" right after you update Instagram to 7.6.1.
Instagram for iOS can be installed on any iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, as long as it's running iOS 7.0 or later.
Moreover, Instagram 7.6.1 can be downloaded from Apple's iOS App Store or updated by running the App Store app on your iOS device, going to the Updates tab on the lower right side, and tapping on the "Update" button next to Instagram's entry.
