Walmart, Best Buy, and RadioShack slash $50 off the 5c with a two-year wireless contract

Walmart and RadioShack are now price-matching Best Buy’s $50 iPhone 5c offer with similar price cuts, giving Americans the opportunity to buy the phone at a $50 discount with a mandatory, two-year wireless contract.

At the Apple store, iPhone 5c starts at $99 with a two-year contract with either AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint. The same phone can be had for $50 less now via Walmart, Best Buy, and RadioShack, according to reports.

In fact, Walmart is offering the biggest sale by actually discounting $5 extra, for a final price of $45.

The iPhone 5c is sort of like the poor-man’s iPhone, being the cheapest of the two iPhone models introduced by Apple last month. It’s basically just an iPhone 5 dressed in plastic, with a more colorful personality.
