Shipping dates slip to 3-4 weeks via Apple’s online store

No surprise there. With 2 million units sold in less than 24 hours, and God-knows how many since then, Apple is now pushing the shipping date of the iPhone 5 to a maximum 4 weeks.

If the headline and introduction are not clear enough, here’s the story in short. If you order your very own iPhone 5 right after reading this article, Apple won’t be able to ship it to your door in under three weeks, perhaps even four.

Demand has been off the charts, and regardless of what the blogs will tell you, the reviews are in and the phone has been deemed fantastic.

Pretty much everyone who’s had a go at it declares it a winner. So, there’s really no surprise why you need to wait a little more to get the smartphone that everyone is talking about.
