14 DAY TRIAL // Apple continues to carry its relatively new iPhone 5 handset with a much more attractive price point, following the introduction of two brand new models with new features and updated specs.

The numbers are pretty much the same in EU territories, only they have the € sign in front of them.
Author Phil Dzikiy is likely talking about Apple’s brick-and-mortar stores, since this particular phone model is nowhere to be found at store.apple.com (Apple’s online store).
The prices are reportedly for new, factory-sealed handsets, not refurbished units. The iPhone 5 will be sold at these prices until Apple calls back the remainder of the stock, at which point refurbished units might also go on sale.
