Daniel Chase Hooper has a cool iPad keyboard prototype that Apple needs to implement, ASAP. Or at least that’s what he says. We’ll let you decide.

Daniel believes the current method of writing and editing text on the iPad is cumbersome. He’s right. For example, if you make a typo and want to go back to fix it, it becomes a pain to select just the right character / word, correct it, then resume writing. The biggest hurdle I’ve personally come across is seeing behind my fingers.

Daniel’s method allows users to keep their hands on the virtual keyboard and simply swipe to the desired location to make an edit. There’s a good chance Apple will take note of his concept, but there’s also a good chance his idea is not flawless either. What do you guys think?
