Several Dev Center services are back online, including software downloads, which puts Apple back on track with iOS 7 beta seeding.
A delayed iOS 7 beta 4 is expected to poke its head out of the Apple Dev Center momentarily, amid concerns that the development of the software has been delayed.
Apple has been mum on these rumors (as usual), but the seeding is about to resume as the company has officially confirmed that several Dev Center services are back online, including software downloads.
In a memo sent out to registered developers, Apple confirms that its Dev Center now has functional iOS and Mac sections (including downloads), Certificates, Identifiers and Profiles, a Safari Dev Center, and others.
For now, Apple still offers up iOS 7 beta 3 alongside Xcode 5 Developer Preview 3.
