Today, October 19, 2016, Apple invited the media to its next event, currently set for October 27, where the Cupertino company is said to unveil new Mac laptops and desktops computers.

Entitled "hello again," the event is taking place on the company’s campus in Cupertino and will be streamed live on the official Apple website for everyone who wants to see a possible new line of MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Pro, iMac, or Mac Mini computers.

According to the latest rumors, and judging by last year's MacBook design, the company could update its MacBook Pro and MacBook Air line of laptops with the new USB-C port. We could also witness the launch of a new, more powerful iMac, all of them powered by macOS Sierra.

Right now Apple is working hard on bringing us the first stabilization release of its new macOS Sierra operating system, versioned 10.12.1, which could launch as soon as next week, just in time for the soon-to-be-unveiled Mac computers, which should hit the shelves before the winter holidays.

Without any further ado, we invite you to join us next week, on October 27, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. PDT or 5:00 p.m. GMT sharp, for a live blog where we'll try to cover the highlights of the event as Apple is announcing new Mac computers powered by the latest and greatest technologies.

You can also watch the event live on Apple's website, but you must use Safari on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 7.0 or later, Safari 6.0.5 or later on Mac with Mac OS X 10.8.5 or higher, Microsoft Edge on a Windows 10 PC, or an Apple TV device with software 6.2 or later.
