Apple has announced earlier that the second Beta build of the upcoming iOS 8.4.1 mobile operating system for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices is now available for all users enrolled in the Apple Developer Program for iOS and OS X.

iOS 8.4.1 Beta 2 is now available for download as IPSW images for any iOS app developer willing to install it on their testing devices. Unfortunately, Apple does not provide a detailed changelog for this Beta build, so we will assume that it fixes bugs.

"This is a pre-release version of iOS 8.4.1 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Devices updated to iOS 8.4.1 can not be restored to earlier versions of iOS. This download requires Apple Developer Program membership," reads the entry on the Apple Developer website.

If you already have the first Beta build of iOS 8.4.1 installed on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch device, then you can easily update to iOS 8.4.1 Beta 2 via Settings -> General -> Software Update.

In related news, Apple has also started seeding the second Beta build of the upcoming OS X 10.10.5 Yosemite computer operating for Mac hardware, for which have an in-depth article on our website, so we recommend reading it if you want to see what's new.
