Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus soon, but the Cupertino tech giant will most likely refresh its iPad lineup as well.

As you might already know, Apple has long been rumored to be prepping a larger iPad model which has been dubbed the iPad Pro or iPad Plus. This, apparently, will constitute Cupertino’s attempt at offering a spacious 12.9-inch slate for professional users.

Now, a new report coming out of Chinese website Money.udm claims that, in order to focus on the iPad Pro, Apple has been forced to put aside the renewal of the iPad Air 3 model this year.

Which means that in September, the iPhone maker might unleash upon the world only the iPad Pro and iPad mini 4 models.

The new information states that Apple wants to focus its attention as much as it can on the iPad Pro, while giving its manufacturing partners room to produce parts for the large tablet at full capacity.

Anyway, for the time being, you should take the information with a grain of salt. After all, Apple might end up releasing a slightly re-touched iPad Air 3, on top of the iPad Pro and the iPad mini 4.
