Google has released YouTube Capture 2.0.0, an updated version of the video shooting app featuring new editing abilities, like trimming, soundtracks, stitching and more.
YouTube Capture 2.0.0 lets you pause and resume recording, rearrange and trim individual clips, stitch multiple clips together into a seamless video, and even add a soundtrack from your music library. You can also upload audio from Capture’s own resources.
Other changes include “major bug fixes and stability improvements,” and “iOS7 compatibility improvements.” The interface is still gruesome if you ask me, but it’s certainly better than before.
YouTube Capture is a free app which only requires iOS 6 to run, and works with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. Tablet devices are natively supported.
